The inextricable NEXUS BETWEEN MAN, PLANT AND WATER is manifested in this coffee table as 3 copper bowls, a glass planter and metal channel combine to write this poetic philosophy in the language of form and material. The largest copper bowl pivots to allow water to move through the channel and cascade into the plant. The cup below the plant respectfully collects the excess drain off and the water is up cycled back into the plant to avoid water wastage. The third cup is a drinking cup and nurtures self. A celebration of plants, water and self in a holy trinity right in your living room. A design that engages the user to interact with an inanimate object which is humanised to create engagement.
